Hi, I’m Stacey – founder & creative director at zipcode creative. I’ve been in multifamily since 2015 and worked on over 300 unique apartment brands including conventional, senior living and student housing. Having been a renter myself for many years, I’ve developed a passion for making apartment home living an elevated experience through creative visuals. With quality design, branding, and professional imagery – I get to play a small but mighty role in turning a community into a must-see & lease!

After being laid off from a full time role with a prominent multfamily developer and property management company, I decided (with the guided direction of God’s grace, which is another story for another day) to form zipcode creative. I saw a need for a creative support role in the multifamily industry, seeing many small to medium firms being staffed with amazing marketing managers who just can’t do it all! 

I also wanted to provide a solution that would turn the typical agency model on it’s head! Anyone who has worked with creative agencies knows they can be pricey and take an exorbitant amount of time to complete projects, some of which are not up to your standards when the art is finally delivered. This is why zipcode creative is modelled to solve those pain points by being on trend with design, transparent in pricing, responsive in communication, and extremely timely – we want our clients to feel like we are an extension of their in-house team!
