We partnered with Thompson Thrift to develop the brand for this new, ground-up development in Wheat Ridge, CO. Beyond strategic market research, the brand was heavily influenced by building’s name inspiration in conjunction with the interior design plans. The results– a perfectly story-focused, moody, industrial design that speaks to the high-quality tastes of their renters.
